oxfordworkplace is a newly formed FM collaboration combining the best of public and private sector capability, between ODS and Q3 Services. The initiative aims to integrate the service offerings of both companies within Oxfordshire, offering a unique blend of infrastructure and facilities management (FM) services.
Our collaboration focuses on creating social value, returning profits to the local community, and promoting the ethos of ‘doing good.’

Established in 2018, ODS is a facilities management company wholly owned by Oxford City Council. It serves over 150,000 residents and numerous businesses in Oxfordshire, offering waste management, property maintenance, and landscape and infrastructure management services. ODS operates with a social enterprise model, reinvesting profits into community projects to foster an inclusive and sustainable local economy.
ODS brings deep local knowledge, expertise in civic infrastructure, and a strong public service ethos.
Q3 Services
Q3 Services is a facilities management company that blends extensive industry experience with the agility of a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME). The company offers a range of services, including cleaning, maintenance, and security. Q3 emphasises creating safe, healthy, and productive workplaces through innovative, technology-led solutions, with sustainability and social value at the core of its operations.
