We see a future where we not only resurface a road or car park, but also manage traffic during that process; we work with that client to understand the future need for EV charging and point out savings by coordinating this with the civil works; we then plan in future servicing needs to those EV points as well as roadway maintenance - drains and potholes.
We go further and look at linking sustainability goals addressed in the infrastructure planning with wider building and estate needs in energy consumption related to building maintenance, waste planning and all FM needs.
